Assessment considerations:
Full medical as the initial evaluation

  • ECG
  • Necessary Bloods Tests
  • General Wellness Questionnaire consultation
  • Diet / Posture  /  Body fat  /  Muscle endurance  / Cardio Fitness

These quarterly health checks monitor progress and keep Exec motivation high.   The evaluations assist us to design the relevant exercise program and wellness guidelines to assist the Exec to make the necessary lifestyle choices. 

  • Training on own but guided by HealthCubed Exec staff who commit to the program commit to compliance with required training solutions (minimum 3 session per week – logged on Polar Heart Rate watch, performed at a gym location of convenience)
  • Regular training as a Group: 1 session per week done in group form either at a gym located in convenient area for the group – with HealthCubed staff present at weekly session.  
  • Regular group interaction. (Weekly / monthly exercise sessions as a group): eg Our one client’s EXCO meet on a Friday morning at convenient gym from 5:45am – 8:00am followed by breakfast as a team – great team building and healthy competitive “edge” brought into the group dynamic.  
  • Off site training commitment and wellness focus  - NOT IN A GROUP but measured on Polar Watch & using Technogym wellness key system – allows HealthCubed to measure and monitor regularly

  • Initiating a healthy competitive and wellness focused environment to improve health of execs and generate team cohesion.
  • Improved health means improved concentration, energy levels and longevity of valuable executive staff.
