together with appropriate member of staff of the company taking part.
We meet with HR/Management
representative at client to discuss the “outcomes based” focus of the event:
Planning the specific tasks with the focus linked to issues identified ahead of
time such as:
• Conflicting Personalities with
the group that need to be addressed
• Leadership identification and
• Perceived individuals
under-performing at work
• Teamwork across different
departments that normally don’t work well together
• Communication and process
• & JUST PLAIN OLD FUN!!
Focus of chosen events is on
“outcomes based” identified goals (guided by client)
• Avoidance of physical strength tasks as much as
Process, Planning, Intellect, Team work and Communication skills are most often focussed on.
tasks are performed in teams (pre-selected and guided by client)
brand, name, colour and logo is 1st step to assist in spirit, competition
and “the will to win” instilled in each participant. Teams have 15 - 20 minutes to design
poster / logo and branding and a “buff”. Each task has points awarded for
completion, group communication, conflict management, interaction and success.
facilitators assess various skills and traits of the members of
the group constantly and have the “power” to “disable” a member of the team
with hands being tied behind the back of the member of team that is doing too
much, place a blindfold over the eyes for those requiring guidance and trust in team members,
speech removed from those who take charge too much and don’t allow other
quieter members to communicate
